TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE  - THE DOG SPACE LTD

All users must agree to these Terms and Conditions prior to use.
These Terms and Conditions permit the Client to use The Dog Space LTD for exercising dogs under close personal supervision at all times.
By using the facilities at The Dog Space Ltd you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

Use of The Dog Space Ltd:  

- The Client must not climb on any gates, fences, posts or equipment at any time.  If any injuries are caused by doing so The Dog Space Ltd is not held responsible. Do not allow your dog(s) to dig in any part of the venue, at any time.
- Please ensure you shut all gates whilst on the premises. The secure field gate must be fully bolted and padlocked. If this is not done the field will not be secure. It is The Client's responsibility to ensure the gates are properly shut and secure at all times. The Dog Space Ltd will not accept any responsibility for gates not being closed or locked correctly whilst the field is in use.
- The field is surrounded by a fence 6 - 10 feet high, however if your dog(s) can jump high fences or is likely to dig themselves out then the field may not be totally secure for you. The Dog Space Ltd cannot accept responsibility for escapees.
- All dog waste must be picked up and disposed of in the poo bin provided. Not picking up after your dog(s) could result in The Client being banned from any future use of the field.
- The Client should be aware that the ground is uneven and cracked in places and caution must be taken for The Client and their dog/s. The Client and their dog/s are using the field at their own risk.
- The boundary and security of the field is checked regularly, however The Client is advised to check that they are satisfied with the height, safety and condition of the fencing and field.
- Dogs should not be left unattended at any time. You should accompany your dog(s) at all times so that you are aware of what your dog is doing and that they are safe and complying to these terms and conditions. 
- The Client shall ensure that dogs are not let off lead until the inner secure gate is bolted fully and padlocked.
- The Client can re-schedule their appointment via the online booking system with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
- The Client must take any toys and balls they bring home with them. The Dog Space Ltd do not accept liability for any death, damage or accident to dog or person caused by rubbish, toys or balls left from other users. 
- If your dog(s) are showing any signs of ill health (diarrhoea, vomiting, kennel cough, general lethargy etc) you must re-schedule the appointment.
- The Dog Space Ltd has a strict No Smoking Policy on all areas of the premises. 
- Any children under the care and/or control of the Client are to be supervised at all times by the Client.
- The Dog Space Ltd are not responsible and will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death howsoever and by whomsoever caused; whether to property, person(s) or dog(s) at The Dog Space Ltd.
- The Dog Space Ltd is a natural field and at times there may be nettles, thistles and weeds in areas around the field. The Dog Space Ltd does not take any responsibility for injuries to person or animal sustained by these. You agree to be careful in these areas as you would in a public space. 
- There are logs and tyres within the field; these are for dogs to investigate and provide natural enrichment. These are not designed for adults or children to play on and The Dog Space Ltd does not accept liability for injury caused. 
- If using the field in the dark The Client is responsible for ensuring they have already visited and are therefore competent with the location, padlock and entry set up. The Client understands that the premises have no lighting facilities anywhere on site and The Dog Space Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage or death caused to persons, dogs or property whilst using the premises in the dark. The Client should ensure they can see their dog at all times by bringing a torch or other light source. 
- For dogs on the banned breeds list: dogs must be muzzled and on lead at all times until inside the field and the padlock has been locked. Once this is done dogs can be off lead and unmuzzled.
